Sign in and return to your app

Start with AccessLobby sign-in inside a supported app. After sign-in, its verified callback takes you back. You can also sign in here to open your AccessLobby account.

Personal and organization use

You have one personal identity. Joining an organization adds a membership; it does not create another person or automatically grant access to an app. Use Personal & organizations to choose your account view. To use a different human account, choose “Sign in as another person” in the account menu.

Existing accounts

An app with an account-linking flow must verify both your existing app sign-in and your AccessLobby sign-in. Matching email addresses alone cannot merge accounts. Your app retains its own data and roles.

Recovery and support

If “Forgot your password?” is available on the sign-in screen, follow that process. If it is unavailable, or your identity is restricted, contact the administrator who invited you. For app-specific access, contact that app’s administrator.

Trusted contacts, passkeys, backup recovery codes and device recovery are not active AccessLobby account controls in this release.

Sign-out choices

“This app only” leaves the shared sign-in active, allowing quick re-entry. Shared sign-out ends the AccessLobby session in this browser and lets participating apps process the sign-out. It does not end every session on every device.

Pilot access

Access is currently provided through invited accounts or registration where enabled. Applications must pass the required domain and first-party review before activation. Membership, app entry and app permissions are separate checks.

Installed app and offline use

Install AccessLobby using your browser’s install option where supported. Offline mode provides a basic information page; sign-in and account checks need a connection. An update can wait while you finish an account step.
